Guest count: 7 (both sets of parents, their witnesses, + me!)

A private courtroom, their favorite people, and a stroll through Old Town!

Kara and Kaniel brought a classic 1950s style to their courthouse elopement. Kara really leaned in with her bright red lipstick, big hair curls, and a killer midi dress. 

Their parents and 2 best friends flew in to attend their private ceremony in the Sacramento Courthouse. Kaniel’s brother was able to get special permission to perform the ceremony in a private courtroom, making it that much more memorable. 

After tying the knot, we hit the streets of Old Town Sacramento, where their retro look fit right in with the historic backdrop before they headed off to a private dinner with their parents and best friends.
